All of these were doodles and sketches made earlier this month but only now did i get around to cleaning them up. plus I guess, surprise guest starring Pilot Fear/Freddie! I think him and Terror could get along well... only for a while though. Terror wouldn't take it so well if a version of him tried to destroy a version of his bestie :( and god forbid women do anything!!!!

I'm currently busy with life thangs so progress on the au is a little bit slow - BUT !! There's definitely a lot in the works, which includes...SIDE CHARACTERS WOOOH YEAH!! I just had a stroke of inspiration to (ssorta) finalize Hellforge's HENCHMEN. MINIONS. Classic villain GOONS!! Hellforge has more employees under his wing, but Nora, Effy and Cort are his main right hands! They tend to be the ones he turns to for any upcoming schemes and plans and whatnot.

Because of this, Hellforge had asked them for help in the League of ID - they would be paid for their time and effort accordingly, but these guys have a strong passion for the art of villainy (and they enjoy their boss's presence a lot), of course they'd love to help! Honorary League members and all that. As of the League forming, they can be seen helping Dr. Axyon and Professor Terror too!

Their personalities are... NOT fleshed out too much as of now, to be honest I just wanted to show y'all the designs for now. The initial idea I had for them was "the three stooges/like all those silly minions villains have". So at least they have that going for 'em. It's important to know that they love working with each other...mmmaybe to a codependent degree. They all have intense reactions to stress - they could Absolutely wreck shit if things got REAL dicey.

The left sketch WAS the first concept for these three, they were supposed to resemble the mind worker jellybean designs more...I never went down further in this stage because um. I really wanted to try something else with their shape inspirations. The second sketch was the basis for the kinda-final designs earlier in this post, though I still wanted to keep the round-sharp-big silhouettes for them. Had to switch Nora and Adri/Effy's names for design reasons.

SOOO...Mr. Hellforge is a trans man?

Yes he is! It's hard for him to identify as such in the 60's, but no one else knows he lived under a different name - for all that the world knows, the person he used to be is a missing person's case, all but presumed dead, and nobody has ever confirmed him as anyone else other than Angus.

Are any of the characters in your spy AU married or divorced?

As of right now, I haven't really thought about it actually! The only people that I've considered being married to someone are Francisco and Angus (to different people I have to add, because these unnamed spouses would be backstory characters), though different circumstances have left the both of them single again. Angus in particular could be a divorced man. Grandma could be married too but she's not really open about that.

AND...I joke about it a lot...because it is a joke and not a serious fact: Dr. Axyon and Emile have never been married and as such, they're not divorced divorced LOL they were just really . really close. and then got separated. and things got real messy afterwards.

I NEEED to know if Angus and Roz have any interactions and what maybe their relationship/dynamic could be.

First of all I'm kinda obsessed with this genre of asks that I've gotten, specifically about Roz and Hellforge's dynamic. I love them, don't get me wrong! I just feel a lil bad because I really. Haven't thought much about them interacting outside of the whole enemies thing. They absolutely cross paths at some point, probably with Verte and Terror in tandem.

Cards on the table this is partly because uhh. I consider Angus a little bit underdeveloped with his motives and backstory more than anyone else right now so, still kinda finding a good stepping point for him before I can consider what kind of relationships he'd have with the rest of the cast. I'm sorry mr Helled Forge I will do better orz /lh

With that said, they could possibly be rivals, probably deeper on Angus's side than Ernest because of. personal matters. Reasons that Ernest wouldn't even be remotely aware of. Angus be beefin...but to be fair Ernest doesn't really consider anyone rivals (everyone's much better than him! Who would consider him an equal?) So he does respect Angus to an extent but he still considers Angus an enemy.

They have not teamed up against a common enemy yet, since they've never met each other before Operation A113 was set into motion. Not a lot of common ground to find in each other right now, and Angus picks his allies very, very carefully. So unless they could see eye to eye at some point, it'll be highly unlikely they team up.

To Roz and Hellforge: Which one of you is the strongest?

"obviously" is an overstatement here, they're basically evenly matched from a distance. Hellforge gets some points for knowing how to use his strength more effectively than an inexperienced Roz, but Roz constantly downplays himself even if his strength is Still pretty impressive. He could even break through those cuffs. I don't know why he's wearing them. Mr. Hellforge certainly didn't put those on him. what
