Mr. Hopps yooooo
There was an overwhelming favorite with Mr. Hopps in boots, so I kept it! Now had him next to Lil Bandit!
Lil Bandit is Kurochi’s stuffed plushie, the last gift he ever received from his mother. Yes, he is a raccoon. Hahapun.
I also decided to give Lil Bandit an open mouth, it makes them look a bit more playful and like they’re gonna cause some Problems.
Mr. Hopps definitely looks far more weathered, especially since he’s missing an eye. Also fun fact, the silk scarf Mr. Hopps wears was actually an addition the Twins made when they were older, to hide the messy stitching Kurochi made in order to sew Mr. Hopps’ head back onto his body. Thanks Kenshin!
I guess what I’m trying to say is, we don’t currently know the fate of Lil Bandit. Still a cute little trouble maker though~
So I’m considering a redesign for Mr. Hopps to tie in to the fact that Kokichi wanted to be a pilot when he was a smol, but I’ve come to an impass...

Also... I keep calling him “Mr. Hopps.” I think Kokichi is being like “YOU CANNOT RENAME MY BUNNY. D<” So... I might not be renaming Mr. Hopps after all, rifp...
The scarf is a good design change, I really like it! I just... wonder if there’s more I can do to Mr. Hopps to make him visually appealing. I don’t really wanna give him pants or shoes... Hmm.
He is v cute tho!! And yeah I forgot that Mr. Hopps was originally supposed to be a creamy off white with a lighter belly. It definitely keeps him more interesting but hmm...
Mr. Hopps redesign!
It’s not much, but I think the blue scarf really does make a big big big difference. I was trying to think of a more original color scheme for him, but Mr. Hopps just wants to be a white bunny, I cannot make any other design work.
He kind of looks more heroic with that lil scarf :’D
I’m not sure if I should change his name though... I can’t imagine a name that suits him more tbh.
Also, I think it would be kind of awesome if like, the scarf changes color upon the game asking “What is Master’s Favorite Color?” which would be pretty neat, with the default being blue ofc.
I wasn’t sure what else to really add to him to make him look unique... I don’t wanna cover up the lil toe beans... hmm
