Story Prompt Time!

That's right folks, it's that time again! I'm itching to do some writing, and would like some excuses to do so! And maybe kinda cleared my inbox by accident.

So send me those story prompts! They can be in the form of the following:

One-words: you send me one word, and I write a story around it!

Episode titles: I write a potential episode summary using that title. Note that Tech titles tend to end up as Samurai Jack-esque episodes, Teabiscuits, Mumblehush, Father Little, and Sky titles tend to end up more slice-of-life. Either is possible for either group though!

Sentence prompts: Like the one words, but sometimes more specific! More words!

[X] Reacts: Send in a situation for someone, and that character or those characters will react to it! Appropriately or inappropriately!

Something else?: If you have a story prompt whose format doesn't fit the ones above, send it in anyway! I'm happy to write for AUs and silly stories too.

TEABISCUITS MOVESET

One for funsies. Because I know you all fucking love Mr. Teabiscuits.

Special Character Unlocked!!

Start of Battle:  Teabiscuits slowly toddles onto the field, takes off his hat and scarf, handing them off to his grandson, Mumblehush, who scampers off screen. Teabiscuits stands prim and still, head held high. "Shall I start? Pearls before swine, after all."

Fighting Style: He is literally so old he can't actually fight. He will however, throw the book at you. In the most un-metaphorical of ways. No, really, that's. That's all he can do. He throws books at you from afar. He can barely jump, can't dash, knockback's terrible and his stamina is like nothing. Damn those books hurt though, and can get characters from anywhere on the screen.

This is the character you play to get a silly achievement.

Taunt: Turns around, sticks his nose in the air, and gives his tail a waggle. "Hmph. Plebian."

Forward Throw: what is this

Backward Throw: what are you looking for here

Special Moves:

Glaring Daggers: a sharp flash of his eyes, and the opponent is very briefly paralyzed.

That's a Big-Ass Book!: for an extra good whallop, chap, he throws a book bigger than he is at you; double damage.

Time for a Cuppa: pauses to take a sip of tea; regenerates 10% health.

Social Grace: gains extra dodging abilities, increasing speed ability to maneuver the battlefield.

Help, I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up!: falls on the ground, wailing it's not whining, it's complaining. This summons his grandbaby, Mumblehush, who comes in to deal a few large hits of damage before scurrying off-screen again. Only works so many times before Mumblehush starts not showing up, a speechbubble coming from offscreen showing various excuses. Teabiscuits is visibly flustered for a moment each time Mumblehush doesn't show up.

Super Moves:

Royal Kvetching: stops in place and begins to verbally tear down the opponent; guilt-trips, appeal to tradition, every trick in the book. "Look at you, harassing a poor old man like me! My hip may be broken, who on earth is going to pay for that? Me? Ha, you think a retired librarian's pension would pay for that, heavens; I thought you a bit smarter than that, now look what you've done, you've gone and made me a liar; I rather hope you feel bloody good with yourself--" etc. etc.. Opponent slowly loses half-stamina as kvetching continues uninterrupted.

Berserker Baby: automatically engaged if opponent attempts to hit Mumblehush while on screen. Teabiscuits assumes berserker mode, in which all normal attacks are triple damage and triple speed. Ends when Mumblehush leaves screen.

Everything Stops for Tea: stops in place, as opponent is frozen in time. Mumble brings out a little table, and pours Teabiscuit a cup of tea. Teabiscuits indulges himself, regaining 50% health.
