This updated scene shows Salt pulling out his credit card to offer buying a Golden Goose with some dialogue and full-body-turn-around. Looks like he’s reading from the bible. The inbetweens are a little extreme such a small action but they give it a little kick.

Day 27: Spices
Based on the second image
Salt close up #3 “You can have all of those things when you get home”. “Oh (ha ha) one of those” - “What?” - Mapping the dialogue down on timing sheet allows you to see what is working and what to correct. So many times I tried “winging it” but it just almost always is bad. The other job in itself is “aligning mouths” correctly so they are in the same place. If they are not it looks wrong. This process is completely different than matching the right mouth to the soundtrack so I usually do this stage first.
Updated (4-17-2019) Well where is it? This Veruca faces are on a separate layer. They “snap” between drawings because they are no “inbetweened”.
Here is someone you may have remembered
8 more in-betweens really IMPROVED this animation.
2 hours to draw
1 more clean up
2 hours to color
5 hours Total
including filming …
Wow the sketching in-betweens I did not clean look great for the action! SO HAPPY WITH THAT!!!!!
Another postcard I did.
