Sorry, it has been a while. I am trying to stay in a mentally better place. Work is hard, life is hard and I try my best. But oh my gosh my therapist actually done it. I can't believe it is happening. So I basically told him about Tenna and he suggested that we 3 have a talk and I shit you not, he pulled a tiny stool from the corner and start to talk to him. (Basically pretending to ask him the question while I had to answer as him??) And it turns out that Tenna is my safeplace. He is a cope mechanism for me and I need to keep him and use him to restore my mental health by pretending he exists and forcing me to eat fruit and have a proper bedtime and stuff. So yes, it is offical: He is my therapy dog now. (Having a fictional character as a cope mechanism is healthy as long as you understand that they are not real and that you dont retreat from real people for the sake of them BTW! And please seek professional help if you feel unwell.)

Anyways. I apreciate my therapist and I drew that for them, because in some weird way it was cute. :))

Bro fuck Toby Fox for making Tenna because now I’m crying, genuinely crying in my room in the dark like something bad happened, because my mom said we aren’t bringing my old CRT Tv back from my dad’s even though it still works and could be used for DvD’s and Blu-ray and now I’m thinking of Tenna and I’m bawling like a bitch☹️
