1. How many books did you read this year?

Been a weird year reading wise so glad to have read any lol - so far 21 !

5. What genre did you read the most of?

Fantasy and scifi definitely - also short stories more generally but a lot of those are fantasy/scifi so :-)

9. Did you get into any new genres?

Not really new genres as such, but I did finish more books (…3) of the nonfic/essay/memoir genres as I don’t tend to read a lot of those especially not reading them cover to cover so that was a new experience this year!

14. What books do you want to finish before the year is over?

Doubt I will get to them all but any of the books I have on my ‘currently reading’ shelf so I can start the new year w less book baggage as it were! Mainly these: If on a Winter’s Night a Traveller which I am /actually/ currently reading, Flatland, Mulberry and Peach, and Broken Stars short story collection!

oh gosh okay, its been a bit since I’ve done one of these things so let me see... 1) I am blatantly atrocious at keeping up with my own life and especially my emails. Believe me when I say its never you, its absolutely me and I do apologize in advance. It’s one of my goals to work on this year haha (not to bad a start so far!). 2) I really love odd and unusual pairings and there’s really no rhyme or reason for a lot of them but I still like to hold the handful of fics regarding them close to my heart. 3) I really like the color green and I write almost everything at work in the color green if a document does not require a standardized color 💚
