comment: so much darkfic in this fandom! i’d never read so much before rnm. this is another of those juicy aus where the antar reigns over earth, so michael and alex’s paths cross first as enemies. that’s never enough to stop these boys though, and the story actually begins with alex being assigned as michael’s bodyguard. angst and the emergence of rath follow. i’m always interested in a michael/rath dynamic, and it’s super fascinating that alex is the trigger here. please check the tags before reading. there’s some minor character death and non-con healing so take care.
