The next stage of the Lysiloma cycle. The puff-ball flowers have turned into long pods. These will hang out all summer in the Phoenix heat.

Ho Tai is not very happy today. Record high of 116 degrees. Thankfully the AC is working fine and it is a comfy (as long as it’s dry and the fan is going) 82 degrees on his shelf.

My favorite drink, Long Island Iced Tea as seen from the table surface looks quite tall at the Perfect Pear Bistro.

The block wall along the west side of the property has developed a crack between the courses. The places where you can see white in the center is where the gap is. Tree roots are lifting a portion of the wall.
