Halfway through episode 3 of The Other Bennet Sister and I'm so delighted. Mary is making the best of her situation.
Mrs. Gardner is beautiful both in body and soul. The way she keeps being Mary's cheerleader is so sweet. She feels more like Mary's mother than Mrs. Bennet ever was.
Her actress gives her such a warmth and playfulness while still being graceful and mature. Indira Varma, I'm so glad you're still getting roles and are still so phenomenal. We love to see a beautiful and talented brown woman winning!
Not to mention the children!! Oh the three kiddos are soooo cute. I hope this is the start of very fruitful careers for them.
Dónal Finn as Thomas Hayward is also amazing! I know he's going to be the main love interest, and I can't wait to see how he takes his character. I've heard good things about him from his role in Hadestown, so I know he'll likely do great.
