Heal.
heal: name 5 ways you are going to make next year better.
Continuing staying sober and living a healthy lifestyle.8 months ago I decided to quit drinking and it has made a massive difference in my life. My mental health is so much better, my relationships have improved, I’m healthier then I’ve ever been before and I carry myself with a new-found confidence. I feel like I’m finding myself. My creativity is coming back as well and I’m pretty sure this has something to do with it.
Traveling more. In 2016 I didn’t go on any trips or even a holiday and I’m not going to let that happen again this year. I’ve already planned a girls trip with my best friend Karen and I’m hoping to go to Greece this summer / autumn. I love the feelings I get when I travel abroad; I feel beautiful, carefree and so relaxed.
Creating. Now that my creativity is blossoming again I want to take advantage of that and work on what I’m good at — photography. I want to work on new projects that make me happy and that shows my voice. I would also love to update my instagram on a more regular basis to showcase my work.
Buying a house or an apartment. This is very important to me because I feel like it will change so much in my life to the better. I miss having a place that feels like home and I want something that’s MINE, you know? I think things will fall into place once I buy my first home. It’s such an adult move and I am so ready for it.
Self-love. Probably the most important one and it speaks for itself.
new year, new asks
