Originally, there wasn't an intention for Abigail to be compatible with the power pellet, it was really just going to be Pac-Man. Like it was only his direct family line that was capable of using the power pellet (so that would mean Jr inherits it) but a friend suggested that she should and now, she can
Explanation for it is prepared
Abigail never actually could use the power pellet but out of curiosity they tried it once. She felt like she had an extreme caffeine rush and almost vomited. It took a while but, with Orson's help, they managed to make a weaker power pellet that acted very similar to the one Pac-Man uses but it doesn't make her nearly as hungry nor does it last as long

Cuz' sometimes Pac-man had been through things to his adventure when it comes some trouble ahead, Mrs. Pac would be worried about him having him getting hurt much. Well at least he came back alive-
