Willow Creek has so many huge lots for a base game world. I don't like how all of the community lots are split up in this world. I'm happy they introduced the recreation center from Growing Together because a multi-functional lot is the best thing! I've added more objects than required for the recreation center lot type. More so for skill building and just things for your sim to do.

There is a seller's area on this lot which I was going to use for wall climbing but I recognized not many people have that pack. You do have to hire a vendor for the coffee kiosk there but everything else on the lot functions as it should. Sims love the benches on this lot due to Lovestruck lol and the adults are on the swings more than the children! Enjoy!

This lot replaces Oakenstead in Willow Creek.

There is a furnished and shell version of this lot. I limited the amount of packs so the apartments aren't decorated in detail. They have just enough for your sims to start out.

Nordhaven has finally managed to secure it's own Vet Clinic! The community has been in shambles trying to find someone to care for their little furry friends but now they look no more.

Apologies on the late upload of this one, I wanted to have it out sooner but I'm a bit under the weather. Everything has been play tested and works accordingly. The sims will opt to use the first floor examination room but they can and will use the second floor rooms if the bottom one is occupied.

Packs Used: (Anything not in your game will be replaced but the shell should remain the same.) This lot is a limited pack build so you really Cats & Dogs & Businesses and Hobbies is all you need if you aren't concerned about the decorative items.

Palmview Apartments is still standing after the last desert storm. One of Oasis Springs lower-income apartments. They have that old 80s-90s design but is perfect for a small family just looking to start out. This apartment has great views of palm trees, a gym, and pool as well as a playground across the street.

Sorry this build took so long, school has been dragging me! LOL I'm caught up but still have 4 weeks to go. I can't wait for winter break, I need it! Thank you all again for your patience ;)

This lot replaces Burners and Builders in Oasis Springs.

Oceanside Eatery | Sulani | Free Download | No CC |

I've never built a lot in Sulani as I think of it more as a vacation world than a world to live in. But I decided to take on the challenge of building a restaurant there. I like how small and tucked away it appears. Everything functions as it should, I enjoy small restaurants as it makes the lot feel more alive due to how many sims are occupying the smaller space.

The restaurant menu is seafood and the attire is swimwear.

This lot replaces Lagoon Look in Sulani.

For The Monarchy Animation Collection | Sims 4 Animations [Early Access]

While I wait for lines for my current series, I've been inspired by the new pack (which I don't own) LOL and I decided to make a few throne animations for your dominant sims. I see so many medieval series out there and I love it! I had one myself a few years ago. I like having close up shots of my sims as you will soon find out and these look pretty good up close.

SIDE NOTE: You may have to adjust the sim using Wicked Whims/WonderfulWhims or T.O.O.L. especially if they have body morphs as I noticed that with different sims the arm placements/heights are a little off but for the most part everything is correct. You can also just adjust the chair as well.

Bowling & Boba | Building Newcrest | Free Download | No CC

Grand Opening of Newcrest's Bowling and Boba! I did my best to furnish this lot with enough for your sims to do so even though the main attractions are bowling and the boba shop there's still other activities on the lot for your sims to enjoy!

This lot is marked as a lounge and functions as such. The sims use everything except for the basketball court out front but it's there for gameplay. You also have to hire a vendor for the Boba counter but the sims do go over and order.

This lot replaces Optimist's Outlook in Newcrest.

BluHouse Commons University Housing | Britechester | No CC | Free Download

Foxbury Institute has reinstated these former dorms for those who prefer a bit more privacy. These university dorms have all a student could need from a laundry room to a gym. You do have to share the common areas but we believe students will enjoy what BluHouse Commons has to offer.

This lot is inspired by my Sims 2 University days. I LOVED playing my sims through university and seeing what they could get up to in the two fraternities and just playing through university in general.

I wanted a more realistic lot for my sims in sims 4 to live on throughout college. There are a good bit of skill-building objects on this lot and the rooms are decorated just enough to give them character (6 in total). Of course you cannot have stoves on this lot but the cafeteria bar functions as it should throughout the day.

This lot replaces Maritime Manor in Britechester.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Because the Sims is the Sims you cannot just place this lot and move right into it when you enroll in university. It does NOT show up. You must first, move your sim into Maritime Manor (Foxbury Institute). THEN, bulldoze the lot through build mode and put this lot down in it's place. After which it will function as it should.
