For The Monarchy Animation Collection | Sims 4 Animations [Early Access]
While I wait for lines for my current series, I've been inspired by the new pack (which I don't own) LOL and I decided to make a few throne animations for your dominant sims. I see so many medieval series out there and I love it! I had one myself a few years ago. I like having close up shots of my sims as you will soon find out and these look pretty good up close.
SIDE NOTE: You may have to adjust the sim using Wicked Whims/WonderfulWhims or T.O.O.L. especially if they have body morphs as I noticed that with different sims the arm placements/heights are a little off but for the most part everything is correct. You can also just adjust the chair as well.

The time has come ^.^! I'm so excited to get started on this project, its been a long time coming.
Summary: Sagira has always been intrigued with the peculiar and unfamiliar. Especially when it came to that of the human body. Even as a child she’d play with what her mother considered “dead things”.
Undeterred by the opinions or gaze of others, Sagira dived into her interests which led her down the path to pursue a degree in Human Biology, leaving behind her home life for university. But what happens when “dead things” come knocking? Will she remain undeterred or will she let them in?

Going back to my roots, I'm excited to reveal what I have been working on behind the scenes and can't wait for everyone to dive into this world I've created. ;) ! There will be more to come... Miradero Row | Oasis Springs Redux | The Roomies | No CC | Free Download
What world would be complete without a "Roomies" Household LOL. I like the idea that each world has their own community college so I decided to make sims that would likely attend one. I know a lot of major cities rent out rooms and I liked that idea however this is not a rental lot just a residential. I didn't want to put anyone through the trauma of that. The dynamics of these sims will make this household very interesting.

Fresh out of highschool with not a plan in sight! But yet everyone is enrolled in what they like to call "Community College". You might assume they did it just for the money and place to live. Not many affordable places here in the Springs. With their new found family will they all make it to graduation or will they find themselves stuck slowly sinking in quicksand.

Miradero Row | Oasis Springs Redux | The Foleys | No CC | Free Download
Another house for our growing community! A little overgrown but just right for the Foleys. I wanted to keep all of the architecture for this neighborhood the same so they will all have the same color scheme on the exterior but the floor plans will be different. Having these new sims in this world has been great so far, seeing them roam around and interact brings a bit more life to Oasis Springs.
This lot replaces Agave Abode in Oasis Springs.

After losing her husband in Chestnut Ridge to a bad horse riding accident, Winona decided it was time for a change. Her son felt the same and requested to be moved to Oasis Springs alongside his mother while continuing his path in the military. However, after a recent mission Ezrah was left a bit paranoid of the outside world. But Winona isn't having any of it and insisting he settle down before she's gone.

Welcome to Miradero Row! All houses for this series will be fully furnished and will accompany households that correspond with the given lots. I liked the idea of Oasis Springs having actual neighborhoods so that's what this project is all about!
I will say the exterior of these lots do rely on the new pack Adventure Awaits as the windows, doors and brick texture are from that pack but you can replace them with the base game windows as they look similar. For the brick I would replace it with the one from Cottage Living as it looks nice as well.

These lots are available on the Gallery alongside the households, I'm not sure if the careers and skills will transfer with the sims but I have included the household descriptions so you have an idea of what life the given household sims live.

Magnolia Promenade Food & Drink | Willow Creek | No CC | Free Download
I've decided to take on Magnolia Promenade and turn it into a plaza of sorts. Each lot with be transformed into a multi-purpose lot potentially. Seafood is on the menu here though! Everything works as it should. I'm thinking of ideas for the rest so it may be a slow roll-out.
This lot replaces JF&S Clothiers in Willow Creek and is a restaurant and bar.

BluHouse Commons University Housing | Britechester | No CC | Free Download
Foxbury Institute has reinstated these former dorms for those who prefer a bit more privacy. These university dorms have all a student could need from a laundry room to a gym. You do have to share the common areas but we believe students will enjoy what BluHouse Commons has to offer.
This lot is inspired by my Sims 2 University days. I LOVED playing my sims through university and seeing what they could get up to in the two fraternities and just playing through university in general.
I wanted a more realistic lot for my sims in sims 4 to live on throughout college. There are a good bit of skill-building objects on this lot and the rooms are decorated just enough to give them character (6 in total). Of course you cannot have stoves on this lot but the cafeteria bar functions as it should throughout the day.
This lot replaces Maritime Manor in Britechester.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Because the Sims is the Sims you cannot just place this lot and move right into it when you enroll in university. It does NOT show up. You must first, move your sim into Maritime Manor (Foxbury Institute). THEN, bulldoze the lot through build mode and put this lot down in it's place. After which it will function as it should.

Palmview Apartments | Oasis Springs | Free Download | No CC |
Palmview Apartments is still standing after the last desert storm. One of Oasis Springs lower-income apartments. They have that old 80s-90s design but is perfect for a small family just looking to start out. This apartment has great views of palm trees, a gym, and pool as well as a playground across the street.
Sorry this build took so long, school has been dragging me! LOL I'm caught up but still have 4 weeks to go. I can't wait for winter break, I need it! Thank you all again for your patience ;)
This lot replaces Burners and Builders in Oasis Springs.

The Adelaide | Willow Creek | Free Download | No CC |
After the collapse of the Goth Manor due to unexplained causes, The Adelaide was constructed. Keeping in line with this lots historic roots the builders incorporated some of that history and old timey style into these new townhomes. There are four units on this lot with two front and center and two in the rear.
This lot replaces the Goth Manor in Willow Creek. (Ophelia Villa)
This was a refreshing build to make. The theme doesn't run throughout the bottom two units of this build but I thought the white and black contrast would honor the bulldozed Goth Manor LOL. The units are furnished just enough but nothing extravagant.
