Sarah put up with Prosthetic Left Arm with Arthur's amputated left arm and replaced it with a prosthetic arm after Arthur had stopped being infected, before becoming fully infected and needing to remove the infected tissue to amputate his original Left Arm

Arthur is shocked and sad to run quickly and hugs his Uncle Lance is Alive.
Arthur: Uncle Lance! I'm not seeing you have separated! You are right!
Lance: Artie, you have Survivor... They are rescued by Survivors Teams.
Arthur: ! (Realize) Do you have a Gas Mask?
Lance: I do not have...
Arthur: ! Right, lucky for Sarah has many Gas Masks. You need to get Gas Mask.
Lance gets up and stands up

Uncle Lance hugs his Nephew Arthur
Sarah: We need to get out of here! Infected 3 can notice us to attack us.

Sarah, with 2 of Mystery Skulls Teams and Uncle Lance, quickly fled to the outside. They are returning to Survivors Base Place
Sarah: Teams, we have found Uncle Lance. Fortunately, he’s had a bandana on his face mask. He’s uninfected.
BH, Vivi and Mystery are shocked that Uncle Lance is Alive
BH: ! He’s survived?
Vivi: Lance! Are you still alive?
Mystery: What happened to you?
Sarah: A long story of Lance, what happened to him has survived.
