its more an american thing because they dont normally have uniform

yeah but like even when we have casual clothes days theres still a dress code about not being able to wear revealing clothing and its still nothing to do with boys idk

We the audience know she does not intend to marry Paris but her father does not. That is why it is a scene of dramatic irony.

okay so like ive been gone for a few days but anyway i get home and my sisters like yo the dogs got out like an hour ago i dont know where they went so me and my dad went looking for them for like two hours and couldnt find them so dad and my sister left and ive just been here and now like mums boyfriend comes home and starts like screaming at me even while im trying to explain that i literally had nothing to do with the dogs like i was an hour away but he wouldnt listen then he called me a retarded bitch threatened to kick me out of the house barred me from leaving my room whilst hes in the house and then threw a glass at me so you know it was a really sick afternoon i definately deserved that
