The growl that was rolling out of the beast slowly turned to a groan as bones moved and muscles shifted, pulling the deformed body back into something that resembled human and then was human.
Liam let himself lay there on the cool earth and catch his breath, the ground felt good beneath him and he didn’t want to get up. But of course he had to, humans didn’t lay in dirt and grass. Animals did.
