For Mother's Day, I wanted to try something different from the typical chain restaurants. I made sure to make reservations weeks in advance as I knew this brunch would get sold out quickly, which it did. I called early morning to verify my reservation and to make a small change, and they were very accommodating.
Upon entry, the atmosphere was very similar to a cruise ship dining room. The lights were dim and accompanied by live music creating a very serene ambiance. Although buffet style, the food looked very appealing and there were several staff ensuring that the food was being replenished in a timely manner.
Everything was good, the standout item was the crab cakes made right in front of you at the crab cake station. Although not lump "Maryland" style, they were indeed good as there was not much filler. For what was a busy day, the service was impeccable. Our drinks never got low, they really understand service with a smile. The manager even took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcomed. I will absolutely be back for their seafood buffet which is every other Friday.
