You can’t tell with the amount of french fries dumped into this sandwich, but there’s a good amount of steak in there. Not sure it’s ribeye though, but it tasted just okay. With all that’s going on, I hardly tasted the cheese. The slaw added a nice sweet creamy texture. Their burgers and hotdogs are very good here, so I doubt I would get this again.

For Mother's Day, I wanted to try something different from the typical chain restaurants. I made sure to make reservations weeks in advance as I knew this brunch would get sold out quickly, which it did. I called early morning to verify my reservation and to make a small change, and they were very accommodating.

Upon entry, the atmosphere was very similar to a cruise ship dining room. The lights were dim and accompanied by live music creating a very serene ambiance. Although buffet style, the food looked very appealing and there were several staff ensuring that the food was being replenished in a timely manner.

Everything was good, the standout item was the crab cakes made right in front of you at the crab cake station. Although not lump "Maryland" style, they were indeed good as there was not much filler. For what was a busy day, the service was impeccable. Our drinks never got low, they really understand service with a smile. The manager even took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcomed. I will absolutely be back for their seafood buffet which is every other Friday.

Mom’s Siam Thai

I’ve been here several times for lunch and usually order the drunken rice with shrimp spice 3. (Goes up to 4 and then burning - which isn’t on the menu) I’ve also tried their drunken noodles, but wasn’t a fan as it reminds me of dumplings. Today I tried their Kao Kapow chicken lunch special with a fried egg on top. Not bad, but because of their deep menu, I doubt I would get this again as there’s just too many dishes I still want to try. I’ll also return for a drink review, a place this flavorful has to have good drinks right!?

Ended the night at my fav spot Halligans. If memory serves that was a shot of Crown and Fireball. Overall bar-hoping was fun, but surprised to see none of these establishments taking advantage of Cinco de Mayo. Everyone can be Mexican for a day!

Finally sobered up from last night, this Disaronno from Keegans is alright, tastes like a sweet amaretto flavoured cognac, mixed with some Bailey’s 👌 Taste: 5 Potency: 2
