Source Code?

Since the notifier will become defunct once the comic ends (note to self, put a killswitch on future updates to not launch after homestuck ends), would anyone still be interested in the source code? I could post it on my github and watch you guys whack away at it and fork it for your own re-purposing.

An apology to all MSPA Notifier users.

Greetings folks,I regret to inform everyone that last night, MSPA Notifier failed to notify ANYONE of the latest update. This is because the latest entry in the RSS feed of Homestuck is back in January.

Upon this discovery, I will be restructuring how the notifier checks for updates, I will be doing this in conjunction with tjb0607, creator of http://upd8.ninja/ This should make the notifier more efficient and alert you of quicker updates!

Android Widget

Would there be any interest in an update widget for Android users? Wouldn't quite work the same as the notifier, but I promise you it would be nice.

Update

Fixed the "Nope, not yet" glitch appearing every time it checks using the timer.

Now, I need some help here. Like and reblog this status to show your support for the new notifier, and I will FINALLY make it Homestuck compatible. I just want to see that my work on the new one has not gone wasted and everyone will continue to use the old one. Thank you.

Ungigapause?

Currently the new notifier does not support the mspaintadventures comic. And yes, I am aware of the bug in the notifier right now, and I will get to that soon.

But the question is, how do you know what's a Homestuck update and what's a  Paradox Space update?
