i've got the extended edition and so I always watch the full 4 hours anyways and one time this friend of my eldest sister came over and she wanted to watch lotr but the cut version and I was watching it like O_O noooOoOOoOoO

haha well i only own the theatrical cuts (and it's been a while since i've seen the extended editions) there's a lot of great scenes they cut out but there's also a lot of scenes that are weird or unnecessary imo, so extended editions are so-so for me. but hey if your sister's ok with watching a 3 hour movie whats wrong with a 4 hour movie right? you can never have too much lotr!!
