Wife: but not broken!

Me: Yes! Thank you. Dashed but not broken. Not yet.

Me: There, I'm all caught up.

Wife: Are you really though?

Me: ... ... no. I'm never caught up. I'm always like... out of breath just a few steps behind.

Wife: ... out of.. bread?

Me: wha- no. Out of "breath"

Wife: I'm out of bread too.

Me: ...

Wife: Not literally, I just bought Wonderbread, but like, metaphorically yes, I'm also out of bread.

Yeah cakes aren’t as delicate as people think while in the oven. It’s actually the mixing of the wet and dry ingredients...

Yup! :>  It's 100% chemistry and the combining is mega important.

It's one of the things I'd actually want to do more reading about, why certain methods yield certain results.

I also feel like if I wasn't so exhausted I could make a magnificent simile about the mixing and baking process. :/
