Killed a third Commodore 64, pretty much the same as the last one. It was just idling, waiting for MIDI while I set up some drums then there's a blip and it stops responding and only gives a black screen when turning on. Could be the SID chip fried on this one, same as the first, the last one would at least boot :(
Time to break out the iron and meter, see if I can find the issue on at least one of them. Starting to think MSSIAH is cursed and I need to stop using a 40 year old computer as a synth...
