like...this is literally your job. How is someone so bad at the JOB THEY HAD TO GET A LICENSE FOR.

So bad. So so bad. I’m hoping that maybe they asked the owner for pictures since it’s split into multiple units and they didn’t want to disturb the tenants and maybe the owner is just very bad at understanding email attachments?? Then when asked for the original pictures the owner didn’t get it and the agent gave up.

Otherwise, fire this person immediately.

Well, it’s made by a maternity company, but I mean it’s kind of a one-size deal that doesn’t close, so you can bet your sweet bippy (don’t ask wtf that means because I do not know) that I’ll be wearing it post-pregnancy as well. My dad bought it for me for my birthday, because the man knows how to use an Amazon wishlist.

Lmao you know, I wish it were that My So Called Life-esque, but alas it was one of the cooks in our office Cafe that was the culprit. Not sure exactly how it went down but fire was in places where fire did not belong and panic ensued. The fire department came, contained everything, and we were welcomed back into the building about 45 minutes and hundreds of frozen toes later. The funny thing about all this is that the fire occurred at 315pm, so people were just hopping in their cars and going home after 30 minutes of twiddling our icy thumbs. None of us thought there was actually a fire, because the cafeteria is on the lower floor, several hundred steps away from any department except the distribution center. We didn't smell, see, or hear anything to indicate a real emergency. Everyone kind of assumed it was a cruelly timed fire drill. I used the time to have my staff explain Snapchat to me, so at least I learned something from the experience?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELISSA!

Today is the anniversary of the day the lovely, amusing, and overworked msski was born. She doesn’t “make a big deal” out of her birthday because she’s ridiculous so please join me in making a big deal for her. She deserves to hear that SHE IS A BIG DEAL, DAMMIT. This is what we will be doing. They might have some studios near you doing this- it's similar to aerial silks classes but more yoga-study focused. If you and Zak ever get your asses up to RI we can take a class together!
