This is the view of Mt. Adams (the peak in question from the prior post) from the top of Big Huckleberry in southern Washington (this photo was taken more than forty years ago). At 12,281 feet high, it is the second tallest peak in Washington and the third highest in the Cascade Range. The PCT rounds the west side.
