This is a really interesting question! I'm answering it under the assumption that you have a good relationship with them, possibly a romantic one (except for Naomi)

Felicia

She's actually pretty easy to make blush. The best way is to genuinely praise her or express sincere admiration for her. Not empty flattery or compliments for personal gain, but honest appreciation.

Stefan

Any small, innocent physical contact will do. Hold his hand, give him a quick peck, or something equally harmless, and he'll already be blushing. I think you all know how emotional Stefan really is.

Leonel

Pretty similar to Felicia, actually! An unexpected compliment or genuine admiration would catch him completely off guard and leave him red-faced!

Verity

This might surprise you, but Verity isn't someone who's easy to make blush. She'll probably only blush if you start openly flirting with her, especially if you're doing it in a way she'd actually enjoy. If you want to see her cheeks turn red, you'll have to put in a bit more effort.

Saphira

Compliments and flirting won't make Saphira blush. She's simply not that kind of person. However, she does have a weak spot. A deeply personal, intimate conversation, especially if you're maintaining eye contact, is much more likely to get to her.

Naomi

Tell her you love her and that she's become like your own daughter. Actually... she'd probably end up crying more than blushing.

Vir

He's a tougher case. Honestly, he's far more likely to make you blush than the other way around. But if I had to answer... do something he genuinely wouldn't expect. It depends on the situation, but anything that completely takes his breath away could work. That said, I don't think you'll make Vir blush by trying to act sweet or overly obvious. He values... energy. Passion. Fire.
