I'm actually surprised by how balanced a matchup like this is. Nemuri and Yu bicker quite a bit but Emi is so easy going that she would instantly be able to break up a conflict and take their beef in stride enough to approach it more objectively. She's defiently the most emotionally mature so she's good at parsing out misunderstandings and diffusing conflict.
Emi and Yu are goofy af, loud, and eccentric with Nemuri keeping them in check when get a little too crazy. As the oldest, she's good at keeping a calm head unless she's pissed off or horny. She's especially good at keeping them in line in professional conversations because she's the only one that can put the bit down instantly when needed.
And Nemuri and Emi would be suuuuuper horny, so shamleless and blunt that they'd tease each other up into a frenzy just about anywhere while Yu can at least keep it in her pants until they can get somewhere private.
It's like watching someone wrangle two dogs on leashes at the same time but it's completely interchangeable depending on the situation.
