“You know I didn't expect to be here, but as I am, I'm going to enjoy the McKinnons' surprising taste in champagne.”
“I can’t believe I’m married -- to Marcus. Me!” Lyra laughed as she cradled the glass of champagne between her hands. “It’s surreal.”
“I couldn’t be happier for Marcus and Lyra.” Matt smiled brightly. “But if I can be honest... I can’t wait to get out of these clothes and back into something comfortable.”
“I have decided that since it is my actual wedding and I got married, I’m not spending all night sulking at the bar...just some of it.”
Coming This Weekend --
You have been invited to the wedding of Marcus McKinnon and Lyra Prince, which will be held this weekend. The couple have chosen the Down Hall Country House Hotel for their wedding. This morning, people received this invitation by owl.
This will be a mini-event that will last from Saturday - Tuesday. Time does NOT have to stop for characters. We understand that not everyone’s characters are included in this, If you can think of a reason your character would have a connection to either of them, please feel free to contact the main, and we can review it. For those not in attendance, feel free to post starters and interact as normal.
For those that are in attendance, feel free to post outfits, starters, etc. The majority of the interactions will probably be during the reception, but they can always be people arriving, etc. as well.

The following list is a list of people who have been invited by owl directly, and also people who we have assumed will be brought as a date. People are allowed to bring a date, just please make sure that it’s someone who would be deemed acceptable by the Bride and Groom.
