Bye I’m bawling over Swerve
*grasps ANYTHING*
IS SWERVE GONNA DIE
I have to admire the squeaky-clean sitcom ending of this issue. It's both ironic (given Swerve's poor self-esteem) and straightforward.
In MTMTE #43...
We see Cyclonus warning Tailgate (again, apparently) to stay off Tumblr. My question is - how was Cyclonus so familiar with it? o.O
What is with 113?
This post contains spoilers for More Than Meets The Eye issues 43, 47 and 53, so don’t read if you are not up to date.
You good?
Okay.
Okay, so what is with this number in MTMTE? There have been multiple instances of it showing up recently. Agent 113 in the DJD, Megatron’s room on the Lost Light, and now the Pet’s frame type serial number. But why?
The connection of the serial number and the codename makes sense, as what better codename than a serial number no one would know about because it’s so obsolete, but would still have a meaning. But what about Megatron’s room? Was that just coincidence?
The number could just be an easter egg relating to that one classroom at CalArts that a lot of famous artists took classes in, like it is in Pixar films. But if it is, why has it been repeated three times now? Does it show up more than that? I feel there is some kind of meaning to it, somehow.
Feel free to reblog with your own thoughts and speculations. Who knows, maybe we’ll get some kind of answer in the next issues.
