Aaaand America’s California Chrome, ridden by Victor Espinoza, won the Dubai World Cup at Meydan as the joint-favourite, 26 March 2016.
No words can describe how proud I am of Mubtaahij who finished second with Christophe Soumillon (yellow/blue silks) in the irons, American Hoppertunity and Flavien Prat a neck behind in third, lokal runner Special Fighter and Fernando Jara (second left) finished fourth. Full result here.
