LOVE IS being in a group conversation and your eyes always being drawn to them? Laughing along with them, making them laugh, and then feeling so warm and proud for the rest of the day. love is sitting in the sun after a long day or just lying in bed and your thoughts just sort of drifting to them, unprompted. love is texting them in the morning just to say hello, hugging them on the street and casual touches. love is probably most like being outside in the cold for a long while-and for me, it’s refreshing and i love it-and the going inside somewhere warm and suddenly going blindingly numb for a moment before you thaw, and then feeling that sharp pain of defrosting and warming up before it settles into something comfortable.
