Off The Twisted Road 8=X
Graveyard deity, also spirit of the air and of storms, especially thunder and lightning.
Off this twisted road I walk, yet another path away from the main one - its leading me back home. I'm I cannot share much. I reunited with an old friend and now things are really going well. I was having a tough time with feeling stuck and blocked. For quite some time, I think was confused about my path and I wasn't sure where to go. I'm at level with everything now and I'm pretty satisfied. I do have to keep a lot of things off my blog though. My spirit doesn't wish to be identified online. If you figure her out, keep it to yourself, don't say her name in my comments.
Why the privacy? It was her request. She asked that I not reveal her until she's comfortable with it. She's said that she will help me write a post in about a month or three. This isn't a change from Muertería. I'm not leaving that path! My spirit says that Muertería is actually religious and to treat it in that fashion! I'm like "What?" She said that some of it is awfully close to Nkisi Malongo. Well...maybe tools of Muertería. The mpaka is similar to my Reather but different ingredients and intent. The Baston De Muerto is Nkisi Malongo but mine is a staff, not a cane, and its decorated with certain colored ribbons and a sacred number of bells.
Reather, top left. Others, Baston De Muerto.
I probably shared these before. Just showing these off again.
So, am I putting my Muertería blog back online? I failed to export the blog correctly, so I have to redo everything. Which is kinda is a blessing. Of course, some writings will be very similar, but the photos will be new. I am still posting old photos to show the evolution of Roddy's shrine.
Some things will be missing because this blog will NOT be a teaching blog - more of a "get to know Muertería" of thing. Why not teaching? I don't have the oomph for it. I also do not want to expose everything like I did before because I got no feedback, no thanks, or exchange of pleasantries. Why would I want to share my path (religion, yes!) with ungrateful people?
Anyways...
Exciting! Roddy and I are doing something kinda fun but very intense work right now! Roddy and I are working on a Vessel. :) Its top secret. I've even got songs for it. Things are great with this work. Its very powerful.
