Today I made egg and bacon in a mug and I thought I should share because it's really quick and easy to make and there's almost no washing up. You need: 1 mug 1 egg 1 slice of bacon Salt and pepper Grated cheese Microwave oven Lay the bacon in the bottom of the mug. Crack the egg on top, add salt and pepper, and cover in grated cheese. Nuke for 1-2 minutes in microwave. It should be simple to remove from the mug and put on a plate or a piece of toast. Ta-da! Quick, simple, and tasty. Enjoy!
