Name: Darien Keldor, The Butcher of Blackhill

Gender: Male

Race: Darien claims to be the son of a Daemon and Dragon, but there is very little evidence to back it up. His build is that of a normal human, albeit a strong one, and although he has curling, almost ramlike, horns, direct lineage to a Daemon, or Dragon, let alone both, seems highly unlikely given his relatively human nature. Current Academy hypothesis is a human mortal possessed by a mightier spirit, or a child of a pact-sorcerer. 

Class: Darien is a Bloodmage, with talent far surpassing any other recorded non-Academy student. With sufficient training, he could likely be a Demigod Level entity. However, he doesn't play well with others, and thus training him is a pipe dream. Darien has particular talent for the Massacre school of spells, and the incident that netted him the 80,000 gold bounty is the largest scale we've ever seen such magic extended to. 

Mastery: The prior mentioned Massacre Spells. Before Darien, the strongest mortal bloodmage in history was Academy Professor Jenkos Blackshield. Professor Jenkos is on record stating that the Massacre school had almost no application, and certainly nothing worse the difficulty of the spells. When Jenkos died in the Cold Fire Crusade, he cast a Massacre Spell with his dying breath, the spell Contagious Rupture, which leapt from foe to foe, detonating them in a fountain of gore. Records suggest that he slew eleven men with one spell. Jenkos was an Archmage of the Second Circle. For comparison, Darien is on record for killing twenty men with a relatively low effort Contagious Rupture. 

Weapon: Blood. Separate Darien from blood, and you limit his ability to kill everything in sight. Given, however, he can use his own blood as well as the blood of others, there is very little you can do other than killing him to render him unable to destroy people he doesn't like the presence of.

Companion/Familiar: Darien is always accompanied with a small rat, which likely acts as his Familiar, and thus a partial source of his power. The rat is believed to be called "Sweety", and tends to stay on Darien's shoulders. 

Level: As an Adventurer, Darien is likely roughly Heroic Level. As a villain however, he's slightly above a village killer threat. Given training, he could reach Mythic, or possible Demigod level, or their equivalents, City Destroyer or Kingdom Ruiner.
