Mugen Saga — Mugen Pharaoh

Comprised of Mugen Anubis, Mugen Sphinx, Mugen Ra, Mugen Sebek, and Mugen Scorpion comes the Mighty Mugen Pharaoh!!! The first Mugen Candy Toy I purchased to see what it was like. It impressed me so much that I had to start collecting the others! (which is how bad collecting habits form).

Mugen Pharaoh is slightly larger than Mugen Arthur, and just looks super cool. The way they designed him screams, “must have!” And it’s best to preorder the Mugen series because they tend to be more expensive on the secondary market after their release.

Mugen Saga: Black Mugen Arthur

For the rerelease of Mugenbine, Mugen Saga, Bandai has also released a color variant of Mugen Arthur called Black Mugen Arthur.

Black Mugen Arthur is comprised of, you guessed it: Black Mugen Knight, Black Mugen Lio, Black Mugen Unicorn, Black Mugen Leviathan, and Black Mugen Phoenix.

A little known candy toy toyline of coolness reminiscent of Brave series bots or more awesome Power Rangers designs. Bandai released this candy toy line originally as Mugen Bine / Mugenbine and is now re-releasing it as Mugen Saga. These have slightly different paint apps than their predecessors. Overall Mugen Arthur is pretty awesome, but he tends to fall apart easily in combined / gestalt mode where the legs join the hip. He is composed of Mugen Knight, Mugen Lio, Mugen Unicorn, Mugen Leviathan, and Mugen Phoenix.
