i genuinely need some antis in the cc fandom to remember that cc!devil is the exact same age as cc/ll!gabriel or ll!michael. like. like. bestie. bestie they are all the EXACT same age, in terms of years and mentality/maturity both. they GREW UP TOGETHER, IN LIL LUCIFER'S CANON. idc how much you go on about 'mental ages!!' and 'different levels of maturity!!', if you're going to ship either of the cuptwins with any of the lil lucifer characters or cc!devil or cc!gabriel or whoever, then it is a comship PURELY by nature of the fact that the cc!cuptwins are a pair of 18-year-old mortals, while both the ll!archangels & cc!devil are immortals who were created by ll!god before the fucking garden of eden.

Okay. I think everyone is misunderstanding the original post Brightgoat made about this.

These ages weren't even decided by Brightgoat themself, they were just guesses on the character's mental age by a fan. Nowhere does it even directly say this is canon. Both Bright and Camodiel have said they are fine with the ship, (I heard someone private messaged and asked, lmk if this information is wrong). Also the mental age of a million year old immortal angel is verrrrry different from a normal, actually 40 years old person. I don't know why you would comment on this if you aren't even in the fandom. To me it sounds like you haven't even seen the original post, (lets reiterate, the original post never says this is canon to the AU,) or didn't know that Gabriel isn't actually a 40 year old human guy, because all of the comparisons you made in this post don't transfer to Gabriel. The "mental age" seems to just be an arbitrary, non canon guess made by a fan. I don't think it can be considered "proshipping" at all. I personally hate proshipping and think it's disgusting. This is all I'll say on this topic, but I just think most of this debate is based on misinformation. This post is not meant to be hating on/attacking anyone, I'm just trying to clear up misinformation.
