Sorry i’m new here so if you’ve answered this before i apologise😂
But would you ever consider writing like a one shot of all the couples from MUHFWG like in their future, if they had kids got married ect
Hi, star ✨ thanks for reading my stuff! I’m notoriously bad at one-shots, but if you’re craving historically inaccurate, sexually frustrated, description-bloated writing, I don’t know many other places to send you 🤔 If enough people are interested, I’d be willing to revisit the characters someday. Far be it for me to keep this roaring trash can fire to myself 💜
So I just finished The Auction...
And I honestly have NO WORDS. This definitely moved me in ways I couldn't explain. I was hesitant to read it at first because I'm not really fond of dark themes bUT DAMN. I binged that thing in 2 days once I knew it's finished. It has the most perfect ending aHHHH I JUST WANT TO SCREAM IT'S SO GOOD.
Off to reading the beast Madam Umbridge Home for Wayward Girls and get me some muggle tomione/dramione au. So far I'm loving the writing style!
Hey for those of you reading “Madam Umbridge Home For Wayward Girls by @alovelyvillain, this is what St Katharine Docks looked like when it opened in 1828. Apparently it quickly became densely populated by the working class. Because it was England’s main trade center and there were so many people and not enough jobs, desperation ensued. Inevitably, this combination created the perfect environment for lots of shady and criminal activity.
Analysis of ALovelyVillian’s Madame Umbridge Home For Wayward Girls
I thought I would take a deep dive into Draco and Hermione’s relationship vs Tom and Hermione’s relationship in the victorian gothic thriller AU, and the long term viability of each relationship. If you haven’t read it, GO READ IT. It’s a masterclass in romantic tension and a great mash up of the genre tropes. Some spoilers up to chapter 30 below:
Have you read madam Umbridge's Home for Wayward Girls by @lovelyvillian?
I have read Madam Umbridge’s Home for Wayward Girls by @alovelyvillain anon though i haven’t read the most recent chapters because of life but i can’t wait to fall back into it when i have the time/energy because ITS SO GOOD
in muhfwg, do tom and hermione stay together after the epilogue?
4ever and ever babe ❤︎
Hi loves!
It’s been brought to my attention there are souls brave enough to read MUHFWG more than once. I have trouble believing it, but on the off-chance it’s true, I highly recommend replacing any old copies with the latest version on AO3. Or, reading directly from the website so you’ll always be referencing the most up-to-date material.
Editing is an ongoing process. I’ve tackled roughly half and intend to slowly chip away at the rest. But even at 50%, the improvements are vast. If you’re attached to the original, spelling mistakes and all, then please disregard. But if you want something a little smoother, as well as a few bonus scenes, I think the newer version is much (much) better.
Thank you for reading! ❤︎
