16/07/21: LONDON DAY 1: i really wanted to share with you guys what i brought today because i absolutely love it! the obvious muji snacks to british museum souvenirs and face masks!

Id never been to the british museum before and i had so much fun, especially in the egyptian wing yanno, cus i'm an egyptian nerd.

also shout out to bookmarks the socialist bookshop near the british museum, they exclusively sell queer, trans and socialist literature and merch for such reasonable prices! check em out next time youre around it!!

Muji

Snacks for myself from Muji! I also bought a small acacia wood bowl. I saw it on a YouTuber’s channel called So Tweety, and loved the aesthetic. I thought it would be cheaper to wait and buy it here. I’ll used it for small snacks, fruit, or as a makeshift placemat for bowls.

I’ve never seen food sold in Muji stores outside of Asia, apart from a small range of the curry sauce packets in London.

If you are looking for Muji on a store directory etc., be aware that it may be listed under its Japanese company name, 無印良品/Mujirushi Ryouhin. It means “no brand goods”. In Chinese, it doesn’t have a natural translation/colloquial meaning - it translates to “unprinted quality goods/items”.
