Post-exam depression

Hi all,

I have a really important question to address today. How do you deal with post-exam depression? I have never encountered it until this year at university . Yesterday I had my first Microeconomics exam and even though I studied a lot for it, I have made several mistakes that lowered my score to 85%, which for a Danish exam is an average score because the lowest percentage that allows you to pass the exam is 60%. I have always been too demanding to myself and now all I do is think how bad I did and how *stupid* I am. I know that's not the healthiest way to address problems and I don't say that if you got 85% for an exam, it's the end of the world, but I have always been the nerd type of person who gets 100% for everything. What do you suggest me to do? I have been thinking about this and checking everything for 30 hours straight, my brain is burning :c

P.S: Dm me if you feel the same way or if you have any working methods to combat this feeling
