sharing my journal/planner/book system ☁️
[index system heavily inspired from megan rhiannon 💚] i've been bullet journaling since god knows when but i always found it to be a chore when the middle of the year hits. i used to combine my bullet journal and memory log into one (will post photos of it in the future) and as you expect it to be, mixing my to-do's with my memory log was a chaotic mess.
at present, i have a 3-book system: a taskmaster, a weekly log, and my commonplace book. i've always kept a commonplace book but ever since following megan last year, the index dots were a game changer!
how i use my notebooks:
taskmaster (bottom right pic) - this is where i write down my to-do's for the week for work; deadlines; appointments (i also use the monthly view in my planner but more on how i use each book in the future), etc.
weekly log (bottom left pic) - it's my week in a glance but more so for memory keeping. i include that week's highlights and what i'm currently listening to or watching (inspired by submergings)
commonplace (top pics) - i used to only keep copied text in my old commonplace books but since last year i've included random musings, journal entries, ideas, and etc
planners that i'm using: muji planner A5 muji planner 5x7 veco idea notes 5x7
I decorated my new planner and look! A little leaf heart right outside my front door! Autumn must know that she's my favourite season 🍂🍁
