“Artsy Interior” I'm not sure which mall this is (there's a lot of them in Bangkok) It was interesting walking around the interior, checking out the sculptures and art (there was a gallery of portraits of the king in different styles, by different artists) but the main thing I was excited about was eating at BBQ Plaza. It's a Mongolian and Japanese style barbecue (I thought it was Korean barbecue) chain restaurant that has (in my opinion) the best tasting sauce in the world. (for meat) I'm not sure what it is (that's a secret) and they don't sell it, so I'm hoping I can figure it out to recreate it myself. It's a brown sauce, and it comes with fresh garlic, chilies, and lime juice to mix in as you like. Have you ever had it? Any ideas on what might be in it? Yes, I have Googled it. Many times, with no luck.
