Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed. 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into chunks. 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1 red onion, cut into wedges. 1 zucchini, sliced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Add garlic, ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix in the soy sauce, olive oil, honey. Separate the marinade into two parts. Marinate chicken cubes in one part. Soak beef chunks and shrimp in the other one at different times. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Using the soaked skewers, thread marinated meat, shrimp, and different vegetables onto them to make colorful kabobs. Put the kabobs on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred. Enjoy the mix of flavors while it's hot!
