Enjoy a healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers with these delicious turkey burgers. They are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Cheese slices optional. Ketchup and mustard optional.
Instructions: Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. As long as the turkey burgers are cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks, they're done. In the last minute of cooking, you can add cheese slices on top of the burgers if you want to. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned. Put a turkey patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. You can add ketchup and mustard if you want to. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
