An interesting take on the classic summer drink, this Pomegranate Rosemary White Sangria is sure to cool you down. When you mix white wine, pomegranate juice, and fresh rosemary, you get a delicious drink that is great for hot days or when you have guests over.
Ingredients: 1 bottle dry white wine. 1 cup pomegranate juice. 1/4 cup brandy. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 pomegranate, seeded. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. 1 orange, thinly sliced. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. 1 lime, thinly sliced. 2 cups sparkling water or club soda.
Instructions: Put white wine, pomegranate juice, brandy, and honey in a large pitcher. Mix it around until the honey is gone. Put rosemary sprigs, pomegranate seeds, and slices of orange, lemon, and lime in the pitcher. Put the dish in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight with the lid on to let the flavors mix. Before you serve the sangria, add club soda or sparkling water and stir it around a little. If you want, you can serve it cold over ice with extra pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs on top.
