I remember watching an interview with Lee Byung-hun, where speaking in fluent English he stopped, apologised and said something along the lines of “Sorry, I have only been learning English for two years”. Hehehe. Lots of people learn language for years and years and get nowhere to his level of fluence. And according to google the specialist, he also speaks some French (which he studiet at university) and Mandarin Chinese. And of course his native Korean. I LOVE actors who go out of their way to learn another language and make an effort to speak it, even if it’s just a few sentences. Plus, he is an incredible actor, so double thumbs up. and OMG those abs.
