To start with the theme; I personally think that it has too much Harry. I like Harry's face as much as the next person, but when he's all over the graphics it's too much. Also, the page banners have him, which to me is taking it too far. I would have some faceless images in the graphics, and other people, just so that I'm not seeing Harry all over the place. Other than that, the graphics look nice, but I think that the background should be bigger so it covers the whole screen, not just part of it.
The navigation is fine to me. The actual plot is a bit confusing for me. I think it might just be the way it's worded. Like, I don't understand. Are they literal writers, coming up with their own stories, or are they just random people with a plot set in mind for them? I think that it would help to clarify that by writing a little summary at the bottom of the page. It's also weird how sometimes you switch from 3rd and 1st person. Moving on, I read through the subplots and their all pretty good. I think they almost all have this feeling of high school sweethearts, but some are different. I'm not quite sure how I feel on the plot, but definitely it would help to add a summary to the main plot.
The rules are not my cup of tea. The ones you have are good, but you don't seem to have a rule on either activity, smut, triggers, etc. It would be good if you included those in there and added some penalties for breaking rules. The idea of not having that many rules shows that maybe the admins need to not be so loose with the people in their roleplay.
Overall, I cannot rec this because I don't see a lot of effort put into the rules, and I don't see structure or find understanding in the plot. I think that this could definitely be an amazing roleplay (with how many apps you've received) but for now I don't see myself applying. Good luck.
