Hi, so I'm the pan anon who needed coming out ideas, but there has been further developments. I was chatting to my mum about Helena Bonham Carter and I casually mentioned that I fancied her. My mum said, "oh god, don't go bi on me! I can't have a lesbo daughter!" So I laughed it off and acted like I was joking. I'm kind of stuck now, any advice?

That comment she made seems like a joke. I’d advise to follow that statement she made with a few questions like “was that statement serious?” and then if she says yes, then you have something to worry about :/
