When people just don't get yo can't just create art from the void without ispiration

Mum: Drawing is easy! Just pick up your pencil and draw!

Me: *stares*

Me: No shit, I'll just be inspired just because you told me, I feel my creativity flowing through the veins just because of a few simple words and I'll just clean up my room and then draw because it's really easy. Also, you're right, as a non artist you really know creativity flow and how my brain works, because artists blocks are just a myth and everything is easy. Creating something from the void is quick and painless, oh look, a new book from nothing, with complete characters and all.

Mum: ....

Me: And The shading and the prospective is so quick to rapresent from a blank page! It's not like artists spend hours and hours recreating the same piece over and over.
