I’ve posted about these before on my first visit. Some restaurants always have a signature dish you must order and this is definitely theirs. Spaghetti Con Vongole - Vino Bianco, fermented chilli, garlic, bottarga; aud25 from Mummucc, Wembley. Delicious springy hand-made spaghetti! Local tiger prawns, fermented chilli, bottarga butter, pancetta crumb; aud18 from newly opened Mummucc, which is a sister restaurant of Monsterella Pizza a few doors away in Wembley. The prawns were plump, fresh and delicious. And the sauce was NEXT LEVEL. I don’t do this often - post about a dish as soon as I’ve had it - it’s that good.
