My workout this morning took all the energy in my tank!!👊🏻My legs were mega heavy and sore. But about halfway through my workout one of my love/hate moves—Standing Mountain Climbers—was on tap and my fave workout song was cues up ➡️➡️ and I went for 💯💯%!! Because let’s be real: if I’m gonna drag myself out of my warm, cozy bed at 4:45 a.m., I better damn well make sure I’m giving it my all!!
