So, that incredibly long, involved project I've been working on: this year's charity chocobo is really actually done.

It must be said, that should not be taken to mean that activity is likely to improve or change much because there are a whole lot of other "life things" going on in the background, but do know that I sure would like to write more words in the semi-near future. Hopes, etc. I also very much hope everyone else is faring as well as can be expected or better, considering all of the... ....World. And such.

Tagging @painedprince​ specifically because there was talk of chocobo bleps (chocobleps, if you will) and I was very suddenly inspired to sketch that... right before I had to go grocery shopping.  Kinda had to use materials I had right next to me, which is usually sparkly/shiny/iridescent paint and pigment.  Oh also this was done in 15 minutes so I apologize for nothing, this was a miracle.  Since I didn’t have time to do the eyes the way I wanted I just went black chocobo levels of sparkle and.  Well.

Charity chocobo complete(!), for anyone who wants to see what I've been up to. I'm sure a desire to rest/barely exist for a weekend is understandable, then I'll see about... Doing Things. Enormous thanks for your patience, all especially since I'm still going to be slow because I am always Doing Things.

About that time-sensitive project I dropped everything else to finish these past couple of weeks: it be done!

Recovery's going to... take a bit longer, but I expect to start whittling away at the ask box things soon. Then back to regularly scheduled slowness, etc.

This year’s charity chocobo is done.  More details absolutely will be given closer to the fundraiser marathon stream in November.

In case anyone wanted to see why I’ve been so busy of late.  ...I’m sure soon I’ll recover enough to want to do words good and not just stare at a blank wall.
