On the one hand, Vivi is the cutest and has literally one of the best and most complex character arcs ever, and is probably my favorite character from the best Final Fantasy (THAT’S RIGHT FINAL FANTASY IX IS THE BEST, I SAID IT)
On the other hand, Lulu is the attractive goth gf that has a slight bit of tsundere in her but has a lot more nuance and complexity than that, and I love her character arc as well, and god I just love X’s cast as a whole.

YES, thank you, I really appreciate this kind of discourse. It gives me opportunity to ramble about headcanons. ARE YOU READY FOR THAT WHICH YOU HAVE UNLEASHED? -I jest-
From what I’ve gathered so far, and made up into my own headcanons to fill in the gaps, only a part of her organs have been replaced, mainly soft ones that have been prone to rupture on shock, and there are also partial augmentations, such as one of her lungs, that still function on most of their biological component. However, because of the symbiosis that her body has to go through, both with her arm and her organs, there are a lot of drugs constantly coursing through her system to prevent the metabolic rejection of all the augmentations and replacements. While her system has more or less adjusted to this, it unfortunately means she is completely sterile. Though she absolutely adores children (not the adult kind that refuse to deal with their own issues), and would love to have some of her own, that is unfortunately impossible. That doesn’t stop her, however, from adopting or caring for whatever child she comes across, particularly the ones that have lost families or never had them to begin with.
